3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized platforms.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., PayPal or Stripe).
We do not store or have access to your payment details.
Bookings are considered confirmed only after successful payment.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because our readings are personalized and time-based:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

• No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.

• In the rare case that we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

All refund requests must be made by email to Evanwu2240@gmail.com within 7 days of the original appointment date.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy.
All information shared during your reading (including personal or spiritual details) will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Zoom Sessions & Recordings
All consultations are conducted via Zoom.
Sessions are not recorded unless both parties agree in advance.
If recorded, you have the right to request deletion at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection at the time of your session.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, brand elements, videos, and materials used in readings—is the property of Time Tower Reading and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials from our website or readings without written permission.
